There's only guide for adding a new site if you chose to perform the acquia drupal but how about for those who did a manual installation? How does somebody add a new site (and make every page of the website appear) after performing a manual installation??

Thank u :)

Well, one of the beautiful

Well, one of the beautiful things about using the Acquia Drupal Stack Installer is the ease and beauty of the multisite functionality.

If you want more information on how to set up Drupal multisite installations, this page on drupal.org is a good place to start: http://drupal.org/node/43816

Obviously, newer ones that refer specifically to Drupal 6 are likely to be more useful to you than ones referring to older versions.
