Imported site on Windows stack (VISTA) shutting down Apache

I downloaded the Mac stack, installed it, and imported an existing site. It ran first time perfectly.

I downloaded the Windows stack and installed it on my VISTA machine, imported the exact same existing site (files and database identical) and every time I attempt to run it, Apache shuts down. I can run the empty provided default site no problem - including creating content.

While this sounds like a Mac advertisement, I need the local copy on my PC because the site is an intranet site that needs to be behind my firewall or when I am traveling with my PC, available locally.

I am running the Acquia console in Administrator mode.

I did notice an error in the phpMyAdmin where it is saying there is a mismatch in version between library and server...

Any ideas? Anyone seen this before?

Thanks...K

A few questions: - Could

A few questions:
- Could you post the exact error message? (If there is a mismatch, it needs to be fixed)
- What stack version installer did you use? Was it the same for Windows as Mac?
- When you did the importing, were you using the Site Import tool in the Acquia Drupal stack installer?
