Denise Lam

Denise Lam joined Acquia in 2021 to lead the company's Talent Acquisition organization. She is responsible for the company's global recruitment strategy to attract top talent. She brings over a decade of recruiting and HR experience building and scaling various tech companies. 
 
Prior to Acquia, Denise was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Intersection, a smart cities technology company, where she led the business through rapid growth and championed DEI. 
 
Denise resides just outside of Boston with her husband and son.
