Erica Brown

Erica Brown is a seasoned human resources leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and cultures. She has over 14 years of experience in the enterprise B2B technology industry, and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for Acquia. In this role, she leads a team of HR Business Partners across the Americas and EMEA regions. Prior to Acquia, Erica held HR leadership positions at UBM Americas. She is passionate about employee engagement, talent development, and performance management. Erica has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Salve Regina University.
