携帯電話、タブレット、組込ＰＣなどのハードウェア製品の国内での企画、開発、販売推進部門を経て. 台湾や欧米関連会社との業務を経験。米国発のクラウドサービスの企画、開発推進を担当。 企画～販売推進までのグローバルなコミュニケーションの大切さを痛感し、海外社員向けのインターナルコミュニケーションに従事することになる。

現在はDrupalで構築した、国内外10万人超向けの社内ポータルサイト“One NEC.com”の運営と. 新規サービス連携による新たな価値創造を模索中。

Bio
Mr. Hideaki Tetsuhashi joined NEC in 2005. He has worked in the planning, development, and sales promotion divisions in Japan for hardware products such as cell phones, tablets, and embedded PCs. He has also gained experience working with affiliates in Taiwan, Europe, and the US, where he was responsible for the planning and development promotion of cloud services originating from the United States.

Recognizing the importance of global communication from planning to sales promotion, he is now engaged in internal communication for overseas employees. Currently, Mr. Tetsuhashi manages “One NEC.com,” an internal portal site for over 100,000 employees in Japan and overseas, built with Drupal. He is also responsible for creating new value through the collaboration of new services.
