Jim Shaw

Jim Shaw is Acquia’s Chief Product Officer, leading the company’s product, engineering, architecture, and design functions. Most recently, he was SVP and General Manager, Drupal Cloud, overseeing product management for Acquia’s core technologies for building websites and digital experiences. During his tenure, Jim has also led Acquia's global Account Management, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering teams. Prior to Acquia, Jim has two decades of experience spanning technology delivery, sales, and success functions in the U.S and Europe in organizations including AT&T, webMethods, Progress Software, and Software AG. He is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Master's of Engineering in electrical and electronic engineering from Imperial College London.
