Susie Germer

Susan Germer is Senior Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy at Tufts Medicine in Burlington, Massachusetts. Tufts Medicine is comprised of three hospitals, including an academic medical center, a large, integrated physician network, and a home health agency. She has more than 15 years of brand and marketing experience, leading large-scale digital and marketing campaigns to increase consumer engagement in complex health systems internationally and in the U.S. across the Northeast and Florida. Her expertise includes planning and implementation of acquisition and promotion of acquired physician practices at Boston Children’s Hospital. Susie holds a bachelor and master's degree from Stetson University in Deland, Florida.
