Submissions in this category should demonstrate how Acquia technologies supported your multi-brand and/or multi-geography digital experience capability via a unified and consistent customer experience, with measurable results that show how the approach has improved customer engagement and business outcomes.
Best Use of Technology to Drive Accessible Outcomes
This award spotlights organizations that are advancing a mission to meet website accessibility standards to create digital experiences that are accessible to all. Submissions in this category should describe a clear strategy around digital accessibility — including desired/expected business and/or social outcomes — and demonstrate how the organization has made significant strides in delivering digital experiences that are accessible to all customers, citizens, students, and/or employees.
Best Digital Campaign Strategy
This award identifies organizations that elevated their digital campaigns by applying customer and performance insights to tailor digital experiences across channels. Submissions in this category should show how your organization used Acquia technologies to optimize the customer journey and meet campaign goals, such as improving your brand’s visibility in search, driving higher customer engagement on your website, or increasing conversions through more productive, personalized experiences.
Best Transformation Through Tech Consolidation
This award is for digital teams that tamed tech sprawl by using Acquia technologies to reduce the complexity of their martech landscape. Submissions in this category should demonstrate how your digital team collaborated to identify redundant, overlapping, or poorly integrated applications, and consolidated technology to drive more efficient and effective processes. More than cost reduction, this category highlights how streamlining has helped to deliver measurable improvements in team performance and impact.
Best Execution of Content & Asset Management
This award highlights organizations that have used Acquia technologies to drive significant improvements in the organization, management, and distribution of their content and digital assets. Submissions in this category should describe how Acquia solutions helped your organization to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency, enhance content and asset discoverability, ensure seamless collaboration, and delivered a clear, consistent brand experience.
Best Digital Experience Innovation
This award celebrates organizations that are re-setting the bar for digital experience by using Acquia technologies in innovative ways — whether it be launching a new headless application, integrating generative AI capabilities, or something else entirely. Submissions in this category should highlight how your organization applied out-of-the-box thinking to deliver a new feature, product, or experience that has fundamentally changed the way users interact with your organization, how these experiences stay ahead of customer expectations, and how they have impacted your business results.
