Acquia DXP Named a Midsize Enterprise Customers’ Choice by Gartner Peer Insights for Digital Experience Platforms

No matter how confident marketing leaders are that our brand is the best around, our word doesn’t mean much without customer validation to back it up. The massive rise of influencer marketing over the past few years is based on the idea that today’s customers place value in the opinions of people like them or people they admire. It only makes sense that authentic peer-to-peer feedback is so highly regarded. 

The weight of customer reviews is even greater for B2B organizations where thousands or even millions of dollars ride on each buying decision. According to a 2021 study by PowerReviews of more than 6,500 consumers, 79% of consumers specifically seek out websites with product reviews, up from 63% in 2018. For many, ratings and user reviews have more impact on their decision to buy than things like price and brand reputation. 

Acquia was recently included in Gartner Peer Insights "Voice of the Customer” report for digital experience platform (DXP) vendors. We're proud to say that Acquia DXP was recognized as a “Customers’ Choice" for Midsize Enterprise companies. This acknowledgment is all the more valuable because it comes from our customers. According to Gartner Peer Insights reviews, 100% of Acquia customers who reviewed Acquia Open DXP in the past 12 months expressed a willingness to recommend the product to others, based on 14 reviews. Acquia Open DXP also received an impressive 4.9 out of 5 stars for its product capabilities and a 4.5 out of 5 stars for our integration and deployment experience as of July 2021.
