Après with Acquia at DrupalCon Amsterdam
With its scenic bike paths, winding canals and abundance of museums and nightlife, it’s no wonder Amsterdam is considered the cultural hub of the Netherlands. It’s the perfect backdrop for all of the innovative ideas and inspiring speakers that will be gathering together for this year’s DrupalCon. We want everyone at DrupalCon Amsterdam to enjoy the beauty and free spirit of the city, which is why we’re having our Après with Acquia gathering in a real-life Winter Wonderland.
On Tuesday, 29 October from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Acquia is hosting a blizzard bash of good food, drinks and conversation at Zuidpool. This chic event space brings the breathtaking winter weather indoors and is located just a few minutes from the main DrupalCon venue at the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre. After a long day of workshops and sessions, relax by the fire, taste some delicious local appetizers and connect with fellow Drupalists from around the world. Now’s your time to reflect on that morning’s Driesnote and discuss any questions or ideas you have about our sponsored session, Creating a Healthy Technology Ecosystem for Drupal, in-person with members of the Acquia team. Get tips on doing personalization better, ask questions about the upcoming Drupal 9 release and share your thoughts on the future of digital experience. Looking to warm up a bit? Come break a sweat in a game of table football! We know working in tech requires lots of quick thinking and impressive hand-eye coordination, so put your skills to the test and challenge your fellow conference attendees to a match. At the end of the night, we’ll be declaring an official Acquia Table Football Champion!
