What is Acquia Engage?

Acquia Engage is an in-person event for  marketing and technology leaders that are shaping the world’s best digital experiences. You’ll learn about the latest market trends, explore cutting edge technologies, and gain practical advice on creating customer experiences that truly make a difference.


What is the registration cost for Acquia Engage New York 2024?

There is no registration cost for Acquia Engage New York 2024 for Acquia’s customers and prospects..


Who attends Engage?

Engage brings together  Acquia customers, partners, and prospects who have a hand in digital experience – whether you're new to the industry or have years of experience. Past attendee roles include C-level executives, digital marketing managers, marketing technologists, digital asset managers, technical architects, web developers, and more.


Why should I attend Engage?

Acquia Engage & Partner Summit: Partner Participation

Can partners participate in Acquia Engage?

Absolutely. Acquia partners can participate in Acquia Engage in various capacities, including sponsorship, sharing their knowledge and expertise via breakout sessions and talks alongside a customer speaker, and networking opportunities. Please note that space is limited during Acquia Engage, and sponsoring partners will be given priority for attendance. Non-sponsoring partners should contact their Acquia Partner Manager for registration details. 


Are there any requirements for partners to participate in the Acquia Partner Summit?

The Acquia Partner Summit is focused on collaboration with partners who are committed to growing with Acquia. To be eligible for participation in Acquia Partner Summit and other partner-specific opportunities at Acquia Engage, organizations need to have an active partnership with Acquia and a track record of successful project delivery using Acquia solutions to build standout digital experiences. Priority is given to those with recent customer success stories and demonstrable engagement in co-selling and co-marketing activities.

Is there an event hotel block that I should be using?

Acquia has contracted with the Marriott New York Downtown and block rates stay in effect until October 1, 2024.  Please mention Acquia Engage when making your reservation.  


How do I register for one-on-one time with someone from Acquia?

One-on-one time with Acquia staff is available on a first come, first served basis. To sign up, indicate you'd like one-on-one time when you register and an Acquia team member will follow up with you to book an exact time.

What accessibility accommodations are available during the event? 

To support those with vision, hearing, mobility, or other disabilities, the following accommodations are provided to enable equitable participation at Acquia Engage:

  • The event is fully wheelchair accessible.
  • Live captioning will be provided during the conference
  • Anyone with mobility, hearing, or vision concerns can reserve seats.
  • Service dogs are welcome in the meeting space, and no restrictions or any fees are charged for an attendee that has a service animal.
  • Our speakers have been advised to avoid using epilepsy-inducing videos and animations; however we cannot fully guarantee compliance.

Does Acquia Engage New York have a Code of Conduct for the event?

Acquia Engage New York is dedicated to providing a fun, engaging, and safe event for everyone. All Acquia Engage New York participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, and Acquia staff must comply with our Code of Conduct. By attending Acquia Engage New York, you are agreeing to abide by this Code of Conduct.

Does Acquia Engage New York have a Dress Code for the event?

There is not a designated dress code for Acquia Engage; please wear whatever makes you comfortable. If in doubt, business casual attire is appropriate.  We also recommend you bring an extra layer to wear.


Are meals included during the event?

Yes, breakfast, lunch & break refreshments will be provided for all attendees during the event.


What if I have dietary restrictions?

Options suited to different dietary requirements will be available during the event. You will be asked to list your dietary requirements during the registration process.. If you have already purchased your ticket but aren’t sure if you entered your dietary needs correctly, you can email us at [email protected].


Will I have access to electrical outlets and Wi-Fi service during the event?

Yes. Power outlets and Wi-Fi service will be available; the password will be provided in an email ahead of the event & posted onsite.


Will I receive event updates?

Yes. We will send emails to update you on the agenda, event happenings, and logistics. Please make sure that the email address [email protected] is in your safe senders list to ensure you receive all important event information.


How does Acquia Engage differ from DrupalCon?

DrupalCon provides a forum for the larger Drupal universe — capturing the hearts and minds of the technical community — including developers, themers, and designers. While Acquia Engage does include tracks and sessions focused on building digital experiences and what’s next for Drupal, the primary focus of the conference is digital business strategy. It is intended to bring together business leaders, marketing professionals, technical management, and practitioners.
